At Velissehome, we want every order to feel right for you. But if something doesn’t work out, our return process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
From the moment your package arrives, you’ll have 30 days to decide. Whether it doesn’t suit your home, isn’t quite what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to assist.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition unused, undamaged, and complete with all packaging, tags, and protective materials. Please also include your invoice or order confirmation when sending it back.
This policy applies equally to regular and sale items, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing we’ve got you covered.
To start a return, just send us an email at info@velissehome.com with your order number and a short note explaining the reason. Our team will reply quickly with clear instructions.
Unless the product arrives faulty or incorrect, return shipping will be at your expense. We never add restocking fees or hidden charges just straightforward service.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to complete the transfer.
Prefer an exchange instead? Mention it in your return request, and we’ll gladly help you find the right replacement.
